The Faithonomics Podcast is shaking things up for our Summer 2024 Season. Over the course of eight weeks, Rayce will be introducing us to My Money Mosaic - Faithonomics' signature money management framework used to help leaders increase their financial fluency and curate a financial plan that fits their unique calls and realities. You can learn more about each episode below.
Let's zoom out for a moment and explore what My money mosaic is all about (as well as what it is not about). This episode will ground us in our summer series, provide the history that led to our creation of My Money Mosaic, and provide a brief overview of the My Money Mosaic framework. Once you listen, we encourage you to download this reflection guide.
Each of us hold a unique relationship with money. Certain elements of that relationship is within our control (i.e. spending habits) while other elements are not (i.e. like our existence within a unjust capitalist system). This episode helps us to begin thinking about the foundation we are operating from when it comes to our finances with a particular focus on clarify the things that we cannot change.
Once we understand our foundation, we can begin to explore the materials we want (or need) to begin designing our money mosaic. From the values that will hold our mosaic in place to the different tools at our disposal. This episode will help us understand our why and what we need to accomplish our goals.
Once we've clarified our foundation and gathered our materials, we are ready to start designing a financial picture that is unique to our lived realities. Within this episode, listeners will be introduced to three My Money Mosaic styles that might aid them in their design (or the redesign) of their money mosaic.
Exploring the Traditionalist My Money Mosaic style, this episode will start to provide guideposts, tools, and insights for those who are seeking a direct pathway to financial resiliency with clear rules and goals.
Exploring the Naturalist My Money Mosaic style, this episode will start to provide guideposts, tools, and insights to those who are seeking a more flexible approach to financial resiliency that can withstand whatever life throws its way.
Exploring the Artisan My Money Mosaic style, this episode will start to provide guideposts, tools, and insights to those who are seeking a more curated approach to financial resiliency that is designed to fit a untraditional goal or way of living.
In the final episode of the My Money Mosaic series, we will move beyond financial practice to discuss financial preservation. Once financial resiliency is reached, how does one go about preserving it?
