Faithonomics empowers faith-inspired leaders to embrace their wild imagination and bring their bold ideas for good to life by equipping them with the education, tools, resources, and community they need to clarify their call, develop their idea, and collaborate for impact.
With a special focus on personal and financial formation, we help leaders cultivate healthy habits around self-care and personal finances as they lean into their vocational call in order to help them avoid ministry burnout and compassion fatigue.
Join us each week as we celebrate the journeys of faith-inspired doers reimagining ministry in new and innovative ways.
Grounded in wellness, our Doers Creative is a digital community for faith-inspired doers to clarify their call and bring their bold idea for good to life.
Still in development, our Startup Studio will equip emerging social ventures with the capital, mentorship, and tools they need to accelerate their impact.
We believe that a world without poverty is possible and have committed to tithing 10% of our profits to eradicating poverty in Winston-Salem, NC.
With our work grounded at the intersection of faith, money, and vocation, we understand the unique care we must practice as we navigate this space. Our faith is not one that calls on us to avoid the marketplace, but to engage it with intention and with a lens toward justice.
Through our work, we help our faith leaders increase their financial fluency. From speaking about money theologically to knowing how to budget, increase their credit score, and save for retirement, we move beyond the traditional limits of financial literacy education to equip our faith leaders with the holistic financial formation they need to flourish in their ministerial identity and vocational call.
Outside of our work with The Doers Creative and our Startup Studio, we continue to partner with denominational bodies, faith-based organizations, and seminaries to provide this holistic approach of financial formation to their leaders, team members, and students.
