Cultivating generous giving and sustainable funding for your church, congregation, or ministry setting is easier said than done. It requires a community-wide and values-driven commitment to your organization's mission and purpose for existing. Our consulting process approaches stewardship holistically by focusing on the core elements of assessment, education, formation, and worship. These elements work together to normalize stewardship as a sacred ministry practice, to build understanding around the theology of generosity, and to shift organizational culture around money.
We love numbers, statistics, and data. The first element of our consultation process is to survey your congregation in order to understand current views and perspectives on giving, money, and stewardship.
They didn't teach you everything in Seminary. So, we gather your leadership team for an educational intensive designed to clarify your organization's message and stewardship strategy.
Nothing will change unless the culture of your church changes. Therefore, we work with a lay leader (or team of lay leaders) to implement a four-week long faith formation class on giving, money, and stewardship.
For many congregations, stewardship is not a regular practice of sacred worship. We work alongside your worship team to imagine and implement new ways of stewardship-centered worship.

Your congregation is introduced to the focus of worship for the next few weeks. We distribute our anonymous assessment, analyze the data, and prepare to present to the leadership team during their intensive.
The worship series around stewardship begins alongside the faith formation class. The leadership team will meet for a three-hour intensive to review assessment data, clarify messaging, and design a giving strategy.
The worship team experiments with implementing stewardship practices into sacred worship. The faith formation class continues to meet while the leadership team continues building its giving strategy.
The faith formation class concludes and the worship services wraps up the stewardship series. Following the service, the leadership team meets for a one-hour reflection to determine next steps.
Your leadership team will have the opportunity to schedule quarterly check-ins for up to one year with our team to continue the process of reflection and reimagining.
Our service is provided on a sliding scale from $500 - $1,000 based on your organization's capacity to pay. Please note that his base cost does not include additional travel-related costs for us to attend and provide these services in-person.
Ultimately, this is up to you and your congregation. We suggest your leadership to be composed of staff, lay-leaders, and other institutional stakeholders.
As many members of your congregation that would participate! Ideally, this class would be intentionally intergenerational and have wide participation by your congregation.
You have the opportunity for Rayce to preach the first and last Sunday of your worship series (Week 3 and Week 5).
We are a small, but mighty firm committed to the Holistic Formation of your Faith Community/Organization. Therefore, we only take on one new client per month and do our best to avoid holidays and holy days.
